The prices are per week for two persons and include: The above prices do not include final cleaning charges and any other services indicated in the following table:

*  Only dogs of small size are accepted on request
** The amount shown is payable per person / night, up to a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 14 and disabled persons are exempt.

Arrival:
Saturday between 4:00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. (Our guests are reminded that reception on the day of arrival is open from 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and that apartments are available from 4:00 pm.

If you expect to arrive after the usual arrival time you are kindly asked to inform the person in charge of your booking by phone at +39 339 7275 806 or by sending an email to info@fondaccio.it. In the case of unexpected late arrival due to delayed flights, traffic jams or road accidents etc., you are kindly requested to notify us by phone at +39 339 7275 806.

On the day of your departure you are kindly requested to vacate your apartment by 9:00 am. In any case we try to accommodate the requests and needs of tourists where possible.

In the living room of each apartment you will find our Welcome Guide containing a series of information, addresses and phone numbers which we hope will make your holiday more pleasant and enjoyable (restaurants, excursions, activities, local supermarkets, bus and taxi services, etc.).
